PTAM IP is a high capacity digital telephone answering machine that records from a standard analogue telephone line or extension. Recorded messages are stored on its internal hard disk with an impressive capacity of 1950 hours.
PTAM IP Indexes for search each call by date, time, caller & dialled numbers extension. Searching and replaying recorded calls could not be easier. Just enter the time and date and select the recordings from a list to replay the recordings of interest.
PTAM IP Voice Response Capabilities allows customers to leave messages according to the different recorded announcements for the product or service they are interested in. Perfect for automated advertisement bulk message taking of product interest and address details, mail order etc.
PTAM IP Remote Dictation Transcription capabilities with Footswitch
Use PTAM to record notes and memos by simply dialling the phone line that PTAM is cfootswitch_for_dictation_recording_playback recorded messages will be listed by date and time. Your secretary can access the recordings using the PTAM IP itself or via the optional Windows software. There is on optional Footswitch control pedal.
